Myofascial Release with Balls and Rollers
Friday, July 18th, 6:15 pm
Once a month, Susan will offer MFR — Myofascial Release using foam rollers and therapy balls. This is a unique and supportive practice that many find deeply helpful.
MFR can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, while increasing joint mobility and improving overall muscle function.
This self-care technique uses a foam roller and/or therapy ball to gently massage the body, encouraging release and restoring ease.
By tracing and activating the body’s meridians and addressing areas of tension, this practice may help reduce pain, stiffness, and fatigue — leaving you feeling more open, grounded, and at ease.
Welcome to the community~
Shauna took a chance starting Simon Says Yoga in 2010, with the intention to bring her years of teaching experience in elementary school and wellness together in one place for the community. Simon Says Yoga is a place everyone can feel welcome & appreciated. With experienced, thoughtful teachers, a beautiful studio, and a broad range of classes, workshops and events, Simon Says Yoga has been a special part of our community for 14 years strong!
