~New Years~ Yoga & Meditation Workshop

~Welcome to 2016~
We’d like to celebrate the New Year with our wonderful community and hope you will join us as we come together & set our intention for the new year. Start your New Year with some peace, friends and yoga!
We will spend time practicing together–a nice long asana practice, followed by pranayama, a longer savasana and meditation. Together we will cultivate prana, or energy, and move this energy through pathways in the body to help us move forward into the new year with greater presence and centeredness.
