built up throughout our lives in many different ways
(injuries, stress, sports, age, etc).  
Wouldn’t it be great if you could
just leave this at the door when
you get on your yoga mat?
Yoga for Healthy Backs is a workshop focusing
on stretches, exercises and breathing
to release tension and strengthen your back
in a healthy and safe way
.
We will use props
(designed for the release of back tension)
to aid in these exercises.
Come and experience your body in a renewed way.

Join Shauna and Jen for “Reflection”, an Autumn Yoga Retreat by the Bay.
Held at the beautiful Kent Manor Inn, only a 1 hour drive from the DC area.

This retreat will be warm with community, wholesome meals and time in nature.
Nurture yourself with an intimate setting, focused practice time and quiet reflection by the bay.
