Maggie was diagnosed with scoliosis when she was a teenager.  To cope with discomfort and tension she studied yoga and developed movements with massage balls for every day routines.

The exercises are taught while sitting and/or lying on the floor.
Participants must be able to get down to the floor to do the movements and the ball work.

Massage balls will be provided and will be available for purchase.

Autumn is a beautiful time of year to get away, reflect and center.  Nature is calling with the beautiful leaves, water and light, beckoning us to take the time to slow down and hear our own yearnings.
Join Shauna and Jen for “Reflection”, an Autumn Yoga Retreat by the Bay.
Held at the beautiful Kent Manor Inn, only a 1 hour drive from the DC area.

This retreat will be warm with community, wholesome meals and time in nature.
Nurture yourself with an intimate setting, focused practice time and quiet reflection by the bay.
