A Breathwork and Yoga Workshop

Join us in celebrating the power of movement and the joy of breath with Yoga with Yoga teacher Jen Campbell Munn and Breathwork Facilitator Lauren Chelec Cafritz.

Yoga and Breathwork have been known to reduce anxiety, calm the mind and nurture the spirit.
Soothe your mind while nurturing your body in one dynamic workshop combining the joy, strength and vitality of Yoga and Breathwork in one place!
Yoga movement will help free up the body/diaphragm to take in a bigger fuller complete breath.

Summer Special
Take advantage of our Summer Special.  Request a teacher, find a friend or 2 for a private small group session with an experienced and thoughtful teacher.

$35 for 35 minutes.

Ask the burning questions you’ve had, learn about modifications you can practice for injuries.  Gain more knowledge about alignment and specific poses you need help with.
