  • It's FINALLY Friday -Moon & Magic

    Friday, November 21
    6:15 pm

Join Gina for a New Moon practice designed for the darker season — a time when the days shorten, the air cools, and everything in us begins to turn inward.

Gather in community for a quiet, reflective space to unwind, release, and reconnect. We’ll move through a slow, lunar-inspired flow that honors this deeper phase of the year, exploring the current astrological themes and how the moon’s sign and aspects shape our inner landscape.

Together, we’ll pull oracle cards to support reflection and intention-setting, allowing intuitive messages to surface as we attune to the rhythm of the lunar cycle. If you’d like a special personalized astrology reading for this lunar cycle, message Gina at ginarbyoga@gmail.com to receive a custom overview ahead of practice.

This practice weaves yoga, astrology, and gentle magic — an invitation to soften, listen, and return to yourself as the year winds down.

  • Thanksgiving Yoga with Jill

Join Jill for a Thanksgiving Vinyasa Flow class 10:00 - 11:15AM

Begin your holiday with movement, breath, and gratitude. This all-levels vinyasa flow will energize the body and open space in the mind before the fullness of the day ahead. We’ll move with intention, connect to what we’re thankful for, and create a steady, supportive rhythm you can carry into the rest of your holiday.

A wonderful practice to start the day with presence, warmth, and ease.

Welcome to the community~

Shauna took a chance starting Simon Says Yoga in 2010, with the intention to bring her years of teaching experience in elementary school and wellness together in one place for the community. Simon Says Yoga is a place everyone can feel welcome & appreciated. With experienced, thoughtful teachers, a beautiful studio, and a broad range of classes, workshops and events, Simon Says Yoga has been a special part of our community for 14 years strong!
