Winter Solstice Workshop: A Ritual w/Yoga NIdra

let's melt into Yoga Nidra, warmed by the glow of candlelight.
—In this 2-hour experience, we will:
- Connect studio and online yogis by sharing our intentions.
- Ignite a candle to tap our sense of inner light.
- Center with mindfulness, silent reflection, and journaling.
- Recline for the profound rest and reset of Yoga Nidra.
- Explore the subconscious with guided visualization.
- Rise up for for intention setting, journaling, and closing meditation.
- Reconnect our studio and online circles to sip homemade Canelazo Cider or your favorite warm beverage.Whether tapping into New Year intentions, marking the end of 2025, or seeking a seasonal reset, this evening will support your process. -

Join Gina and Dani for a special evening designed to reset your energy, honor the quiet of winter, and plant the seeds for what you’re ready to call in. We’ll move through a lunar-inspired yoga flow woven with sound healing, astrology, and tarot for a deeply intuitive experience.

Shauna took a chance starting Simon Says Yoga in 2010, with the intention to bring her years of teaching experience in elementary school and wellness together in one place for the community. Simon Says Yoga is a place everyone can feel welcome & appreciated. With experienced, thoughtful teachers, a beautiful studio, and a broad range of classes, workshops and events, Simon Says Yoga has been a special part of our community for 14 years strong!
