Class Pass Expiration Policy

We offer a generous amount of time
for passes to be used

Students may roll over remainder
of unused classes to a new pass

In the case of sickness or emergency
please email us and we’ll respond on a case by case basis

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, you may use the fee towards another class

We ask that you cancel an In-Person class reservation 2 hours before class
in order to avoid being charged for the class.
Any pmt (in acct) will go to your next class

[AT HOME] classes can be canceled anytime without charge
Workshops are not refundable

Refunds only given in the case of emergency

1 hour before class (on day of class)

If you do not get the email,
please check to make sure you’ve
completed the sign up process and/or check your spam/junk mail

Make sure you choose the [AT HOME] choice of class if you need a Link

It is okay to ‘arrive’ late to Zoom classes.
Please mute your mic on arrival.
