Workshops & Events

In addition to our weekly class schedule, we offer many helpful and inspiring workshops and special events to give you a more in depth experience with our wonderful instructors, including our Friday evening workshops and weekend workshops with visiting teachers. Past workshops have included Yoga Basics, Gyrokenisis, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga Nidra, among others.

Along with our special wellness workshops, we host events throughout the year to bring the community together; including live music concerts, art shows, fundraisers for causes we believe in, craft fairs & more.

    Give yourself the gift of healing breath—it’s always available to us.

    Feel grounded and balanced as you reconnect to peace and calm through conscious, connected breathing. We’ll begin with gentle stretches to prepare the body before moving into our breath-work practice.
