Zoom Classes

  • After signing up for class, you’ll receive the zoom link 1 hour before class (on day of class) via email

  • If you don’t get the email, please check to make sure you’ve completed the sign-up process and check your spam/junk mail

  • Make sure you choose the [AT HOME] choice of class if you need a Link

  • It is okay to ‘arrive’ late to Zoom classes

  • Please mute your mic on arrival

Props & Mats

  • You can use our mats and props for no charge during class

  • We also have mats, props, and other items available for purchase

Pass Expiration Policy

  • We offer a generous amount of time for passes to be used

  • Students may roll over remainder of unused classes to a new pass

  • In the case of sickness or emergency please email us. We’ll respond on a case-by-case basis

Refund Policy

  • Please cancel an In-Person reservation at least 2 hours before class to avoid being charged for the class

  • Any payment you made will go towards your next class if you cancel earlier than 2 hours before class begins

  • [AT HOME] classes can be canceled any time before class starts without charge

  • Workshops are not refundable

  • Refunds only given in the case of emergency

Private Session Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy

  • We only give refunds for cancelling appointments in the case of a medical emergency.

  • If you cancel, you’ll forfeit your payment.

  • If you reschedule, we can offer you 50% discount to reschedule the same booking.

Massage & Reiki Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy

  • You can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel an appointment on the same day, you’ll forfeit your payment.

  • We only give refunds for cancelling appointments in the case of a medical emergency.
